Start a Return
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all supplied accessories and β if reasonably possible β in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess the item, we may charge a depreciation fee. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returned.
Steps to Return:
1. To start a return, click on the 'Customer Service' section in the main menu and then select 'Request Return'.
2. Fill out the return request form with the reason for return and click 'Request Return'.
3. Our team will review your request as soon as possible and contact you with the status. This may take some time depending on the reason for return.
4. If your return is approved, you will receive an email with the return address and any specific shipping instructions.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund including shipping costs.Β Only the return shipping costs from your home to the seller are at your own expense. Please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and β if reasonably possible β in its original condition and packaging. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit a withdrawal request through our online withdrawal function. You will immediately receive an email confirming that your withdrawal request has been successfully submitted.Β We will then refund the full order amount within 10 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.
Cancellation
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, an order is processed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days. As long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at info@smartsporter.nl. In such a case, we will refund the full order amount within 10 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal (see β14-Day Cooling-Off Periodβ) and return the package within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our return policy.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us atΒ info@smartsporter.nl.
Refunds for bundle deals
If you place an order that includes a bundle discount, this discount is only valid when the complete bundle is kept. If one or more items from a bundle are returned, the bundle discount will be voided in full.Β The item you keep will then be recalculated at its regular retail price per unit. The refund amount will be the difference between the total amount paid and the original price of the item retained.
Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in perfect condition. Nevertheless, it may occur that an order is damaged during transport or that another issue arises for which you may claim warranty. We offer a warranty period of 2 years.Β By law, you are required to report any defect within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty and is reported in time, we will provide repair or replacement free of charge.
Return Processing
Returned products are not resold for hygienic, logistical, or economic reasons. Instead, usable returns are donated to local charities. Items that are damaged or incomplete are responsibly destroyed. In this way, we prevent waste and contribute to social initiatives.
