FREE Worldwide Shipping

At Smart Sporter, we value our customers and strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience. That’s why we offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation via email. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location. In general, delivery takes between 4 to 9 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the delivery time. We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. This allows you to follow your order in real time.

Deliveries are made by Post NL, Gofo Express, B-post or Colis Prive parcel carriers. In general, delivery will take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, we can deliver your order. Please note that customs or import duties may apply to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on your country. Please check with your local customs office for more information about any applicable fees.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes occur. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
