Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation via email. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location. In general, delivery takes between 4 to 9 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the delivery time. We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. This allows you to follow your order in real time.
Deliveries are made by DHL, B-post or Colis Prive parcel carriers. In general, delivery will take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, we can deliver your order. Please note that customs or import duties may apply to international shipments. Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes occur.
